IELTS Test Structure

Listening:

Candidates listen to four recorded texts, monologues, and conversations and answer questions based on the content.

Reading:

This section consists of three reading passages with a variety of question types to evaluate comprehension skills

Writing:

Divided into two tasks, candidates must write a report or letter in Task 1 and an essay in Task 2, demonstrating their ability to convey information and express opinions coherently.

Speaking:

A face-to-face interview with an examiner, assessing the candidate’s ability to communicate effectively through a discussion on familiar topics and a structured conversation.
